These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ctg66 ("ctg66", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the ctg66 platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ctg66 platform and, if you have registered an account, request its closure by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

ctg66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ctg66 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a notice displayed on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. The date of the most recent revision is displayed in the hero section at the top of this page.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ctg66 Privacy Policy and the ctg66 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the complete agreement between you and ctg66.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the ctg66 platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. ctg66 takes its age verification obligations seriously and may request documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

If ctg66 determines that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately and permanently closed. Any balance — including deposited funds — held in an underage account will be forfeited. ctg66 will not be liable for any losses incurred by an underage player who has misrepresented their age during registration.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ctg66 platform is operated primarily for players resident in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or playing. ctg66 does not represent that access to its platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players who access ctg66 from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number (Bangladeshi), and a valid email address. You must keep this information current at all times. ctg66 may require you to verify your identity ("Know Your Customer" or KYC process) before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable request.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active ctg66 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ctg66 reserves the right to merge the accounts, close all duplicate accounts, and void any bonuses or winnings associated with them.

2.5 Self-Excluded Players

Players who have previously self-excluded from ctg66 or who are subject to a cooling-off period are not eligible to register a new account or use the platform in any capacity during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent platform-wide exclusion.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ctg66 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ctg66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ctg66 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. ctg66 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information — including falsifying your identity, age, or location — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your ctg66 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receiving a closure request, ctg66 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure by ctg66

ctg66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) where ctg66 reasonably suspects: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering or other illegal financial activity; collusion with other players; use of software tools to gain an unfair advantage; or provision of false registration information. ctg66 will provide notice of such action where legally permissible.

3.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ctg66 will attempt to notify you via your registered email address before applying a dormancy fee. A monthly administrative fee of ৳200 may be deducted from the dormant account balance. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. ctg66 will not apply dormancy fees if the account balance is already zero.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ctg66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be introduced from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is displayed on the deposits and withdrawals page within your ctg66 account dashboard.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on ctg66 is ৳100. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit imposed by ctg66, though individual payment providers (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may impose their own transaction limits. ctg66 is not responsible for transaction limits imposed by third-party payment providers.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

ctg66 commits to processing all verified withdrawal requests within 4 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. ctg66 charges zero withdrawal fees on bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions. Card withdrawals may be subject to fees imposed by the card network.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that are registered in your own name. ctg66 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.4 KYC and Withdrawal Verification

ctg66 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing. ctg66 strongly recommends completing KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when you wish to withdraw funds.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts on ctg66 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). ctg66 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion, where applicable, is handled by the player's payment provider at the provider's applicable exchange rate.

4.6 Fraudulent Transactions

Any player found to have conducted fraudulent transactions — including charge-backs, use of stolen payment instruments, or deliberate exploitation of payment processing errors — will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation. ctg66 reserves the right to recover any funds obtained fraudulently through all legal means available.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional offers made available by ctg66 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your ctg66 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement of ৳1,000 requires you to wager a total of ৳30,000 in qualifying games before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering contributions may vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the period specified on the promotion page will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance. ctg66 is not obligated to notify you of impending bonus expiry, though in-app reminders may be displayed as a courtesy.

5.4 Promotion Modifications

ctg66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed the bonus, ctg66 will honour the bonus at the terms applicable at the time of claim where this is reasonably practical.

5.5 VIP Programme

ctg66 operates a tiered VIP loyalty programme with Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers. Tier progression is based on wagering activity and is assessed on a rolling monthly basis. VIP benefits, tier thresholds, and applicable terms are communicated within the VIP programme section of your ctg66 account dashboard and are subject to change at ctg66's discretion.

6.1 Game Fairness

All casino games available on the ctg66 platform use Random Number Generation (RNG) systems certified by independent third-party auditors. Game outcomes are entirely random and are not influenced by bet size, player identity, account balance, or any other external factor. ctg66 does not manipulate game outcomes for any purpose.

6.2 Sports Betting — Cricket

The ctg66 sportsbook offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket fixtures including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC). 6.3 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

ctg66 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at odds that ctg66 determines were published in error. Where a bet has been accepted and settled, ctg66 may void the bet and reverse the payout if it is later determined that the bet was placed on the basis of an obvious pricing error. ctg66 will notify the player of any such void and restore the original stake to the player's account.

6.4 Technical Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, or game error, ctg66 reserves the right to void affected bets and game rounds. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. ctg66 will not be liable to players for losses incurred as a result of technical errors beyond those directly attributable to ctg66's own systems.

6.5 Maximum Payout

ctg66 applies maximum payout limits per player per day. Maximum payout limits by game category are displayed within the game information pages and the ctg66 account dashboard. ctg66 reserves the right to withhold payment amounts exceeding the stated maximum payout limits, returning the excess above the cap at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ctg66 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate account activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer product.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, including using ctg66 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent limits.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in ctg66's games or sportsbook — any such errors must be reported to support immediately.
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion or during a cooling-off period.
• Impersonating another person or providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with ctg66's software, platform infrastructure, or security systems.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward ctg66 staff or other players via the platform's communication channels.

8.1 Our Commitment

8.5 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits ctg66's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by ctg66's negligence.

8.6 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the ctg66 platform that cannot be resolved through ctg66's internal complaints process should be directed to our support team in the first instance. ctg66 is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and promptly. Players are encouraged to raise complaints via [email protected] and to allow up to 14 days for a full written response.

8.7 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the ctg66 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ctg66 and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
